and affairs of the council.
Maintain strict standards.
Submit applications to the review board.
Newsletter.
Control certificates.
Recomemend promotions of members.
Maintain web site.
Activities of the Review Board:
Evaluation of Soke candidates.
Formation of screening committe.
Acceptance of new members.
Committee Guidlines:
Three members are needed to form a board.
All three must accept the candidate.
One viteo is accepted.
Candidates will be under investigation for sixty days, then
the board will make their decesion. Candidates will be contacted by e-mail.
