Obligations of the Council:   All members will follow the obligations and code of ethics.  If a member breaks one or more of these rules, that member will forfeit their membership.   To help evaluate and recomemend potential candidates for membership.   To promote the council in their state.   To keep the council informed of your activities.   Must agree to only advertise the art registered with the council.   Must agree to accept the rank issued by the council.   Must agree to recognize and show respect to all members.   Code of Ethics:   The reputation honor and future of this council depends on the conduct of it's members.  It is expected that all members will faithfully support the high standards of this council.   No member will accept or grant cross ranks, these are dishonest and fraudulent grade certifications.   No member will issue a Red Belt to their students unless they have reached 9th or 10th Dan.   If a member is found to have brought dishonor to himself or this council, that member will forfeit their membership.   No member shall partake in illegal or immorial activities.   No member will recognize Korean or Chinese practitioners as Soke the word refers to Japanese origins.    All members are responsible for their own actions in all circumstances.
